The UK-Australia “Kangaroo Route” may be a common flight today, but it was a marvel to complete it 105 years ago, in a prop plane and under 30 days at that! The plane’s nickname was derived from it’s tail number: G-EAOU. It’s on display right outside Adelaide Airport.

During my visits to Osaka, I seem to be always be drawn to this place around sunset, probably because of its proximity to Nipponbashi and Denden Town (the Akihabara of Osaka). Finally took the journey up the tower to take in the views. Pay a little extra, and you get to take a slide down the bottom-third of the tower!
